Granola
This granola is crunchy, lightly sweetened, and also super easy to make! It can be enjoyed on top of yogurt, with fruit, or alone as a snack. Put it in an airtight container and leave it out on the counter for breakfasts and snacking.

  1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, coconut, and nuts.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the oil, maple syrup, and salt.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour the granola mixture onto two baking sheets and spread into a thin layer.
  5. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour and fifteen minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  6. Allow the granola to cool, and then mix in the raisons.
