Start by making the sauce.\u00a0 In a medium sized bowl, mix the honey, ketchup, soy sauce, sesame oil, vegetable oil, and Sriarcha.\u00a0 Add in the onion and garlic.\u00a0 Place the chicken in your crockpot and pour sauce over it.<\/p>\n

Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.<\/p>\n

After the chicken is cooked, remove from crockpot and shred. I use two forks and the chicken falls apart!<\/p>\n

Before you add the chicken back to the sauce, add the water and cornstarch mixture to the crockpot and set on high for 10 minutes.\u00a0 This will allow the sauce to thicken slightly.<\/p>\n

After the sauce has thickened, add the chicken back to the crockpot. Stir to coat the chicken with the sauce and the chicken is ready!<\/p>\n

Serve over rice and top with toasted sesame seeds and green onions.<\/p>\n
