Pork Wontons
These pork wontons are bit-sized treats that are packed with a tremendous amount of flavor!  They are quite irresistible.

  1. Chop the cabbage, mushrooms, garlic, and green onions into small pieces. Mix with the ground pork.
  2. Add the ginger, hoisin, sesame oil, Sriracha, and pepper and combine well.
  3. Spoon mixture into wonton wrappers. Fold wrappers over and wet the edges and seal well. Fry each side until golden and crispy.
  4. Place fried wontons onto a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve with soy sauce or sweet chili pepper sauce.
