Pumpkin Muffins

These pumpkin muffins will become one of your fall favorites! They are the perfect blend of pumpkin and spices. The crunchy topping on top of the moist muffin make these delectable.

Start by adding the pumpkin, eggs, oil, and sugar into your mixer.

Blend the pumpkin mixture well.

Combine the dry ingredients: flour, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.

Add the dry ingredients to your mixer and blend well.

Once the mixture is well blended, pour into a greased or lined muffin pan.  This recipe makes 12 regular sized muffins.

Now start on the best part – the topping!  Cut the butter into small chunks and mix it with the brown sugar.  Add in the flour, cinnamon, and oats and combine well.

Sprinkle the mixture over the muffins – don’t be too shy with it!  It is the best part!

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. 
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in the mixer and blend well.
  4. Pour into a greased or lined muffin pan.
  5. Cut the butter into small chunks and mix it with the brown sugar.  
  6. Add in the flour, cinnamon, and oats and combine well. 
  7. Sprinkle the mixture over the muffins.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
